After attending Zhang Zhen Hong’s album launch party, we headed to another party. Nisa’s birthday party. It was good to see some old friends (friends i’ve abandoned for salsa
) They’ve been complaining that i went MIA.
As usual, the party is filled with ALCOHOL! But for once, i’m not attracted to it. I know i have to stay sober for salsa later. But thanks to Henny & Alvin for making such yummy Mojito…i couldnt stop drinking. Been awhile since i had Mojito, i forgot how yummilious it taste.
The whole night…i never left my cup without being filled up with Mojito. I realised it’s time to stop when i start talking crap, laugh like a hyena and i couldn’t even stand properly. It’s not good! I picture myself *sweeping* the dance floor in Divan!
I decided not to go to Divan, but i can feel my feet itch. I slapped myself awake…NO MORE MOJITO!!
To those who would love to try this drink, it’s easy peasy.
An easy mojito recipe to liven up your evening:
1.5 oz BACARDI Rum
12 fresh spearmint leaves
1/2 lime
7 oz club soda
2 tbsp. simple syrup
(or 4 tsp. sugar)
